ALTERED OR CANCELLED EVENTS

The dates and kick-off times of football matches are sometimes moved, often at very short notice.

When you buy tickets for a specific match, you buy tickets for that event, regardless of the date/time it is played.

Weekend football matches can be moved from a Friday to a Saturday or to Sunday and vice versa, and kick-off times can be changed at very short notice. Customers must be available to attend on all possible dates as no refunds will be offered if a match date is changed. Similarly, midweek matches can be moved between the different days of the week, which we recommend keeping in mind if you plan to travel from abroad, as a client will not be entitled to a refund if the travel plans do not match the final match schedule.

We will not contact customers with match date and time information, so it is important that you regularly check with the venue or local media for the correct time and date, but we will do our best to publish updated information on our websites.
