For weekend matches, we recommend staying in the city from Friday to Tuesday, and for midweek matches, from Tuesday to Friday. If a match is rescheduled within a weekend, refunds will not be possible, so we advise checking the match date and kick-off time closer to the event and being available for all possible days of the weekend.   While we strive to keep you updated on any changes, we strongly suggest confirming the details closer to the match day.

Ticket Delivery: Tickets are typically issued as e-tickets and sent to you 48-24 hours before the match. In some cases, the club may require the tickets to be delivered to your hotel, in which case we will reach out to request your hotel details. Generally, tickets are sent by email  between 4 days and up to 24 hours before the match.

Seating: With our VIP ticket categories, we guarantee that your seats will be next to each other. However, please note that the club may consider seats next to each other as being directly in front, behind, or diagonally in front and behind. If you have any special seating preferences, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Get to Santiago Bernabéu: The easiest way to reach Santiago Bernabéu is by taking Metro Line 10 to the Santiago Bernabéu station. Alternatively, buses 14, 27, 40, 43, 120, 147, or 150 go directly to the stadium.
