Heart of Midlothian F.C.: Scotland’s Historic Football Club

Heart of Midlothian Football Club, affectionately known as Hearts, is one of Scotland's oldest and most storied football clubs. Based in Edinburgh, the club was founded in 1874 and takes its name from the Heart of Midlothian, a historic symbol of the city immortalized by Sir Walter Scott’s novel.

The team plays at Tynecastle Park, a stadium renowned for its electrifying atmosphere and passionate supporters. Hearts have a proud history, with four Scottish League titles, eight Scottish Cups, and four Scottish League Cups to their name. The 1957-58 season remains legendary, as Hearts won the league while scoring a record-breaking 132 goals.
